Seb Dearle

Physiotherapist

Since graduating from Curtin University in Perth in 2011, Seb has worked in a variety of settings from hospitals to aged care to elite sport. He has traveled extensively, living and working in the UK as well as volunteering in Europe and South America. It was the travelling, particularly to poorer countries, that helped him to see what a movement epidemic we have in Australia and how this impacts our performance and general health. Seb believes there is a fundamental movement error that is often overlooked, and when fixed will create resilient bodies able to withstand the rigors of life and sport. Seb especially loves treating active people who want to prevent chronic pain and disease through movement, and elite junior athletes.

Outside of work, Seb can be found enjoying the surf, hiking, walking on a slackline or generally exploring the Sunshine coast which he is still new to!
